StageList is a UK-based directory for performing arts professionals. When we say "we", "us" or "our" in this policy, we mean StageList.

  • Business listing information you submit
  • Messages sent through contact or lead forms
  • Payment information processed securely by Stripe

We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, browser type) via cookies and analytics tools to improve the service.

  • To provide and maintain the StageList directory
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To send service-related communications
  • To improve our platform and user experience

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Stripe (payment processing)

  • Service providers who help us operate the platform

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Business listing data remains on the platform unless you request removal.

7. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies (login session, CSRF protection, your cookie-consent choice) are always active — without them the site cannot work.

Analytics cookies (Google Tag Manager and GA4) only load after you click Accept all on the cookie banner. If you click Reject non-essential, no analytics scripts are loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

Advertising cookies. StageList does not currently serve third-party ads. If we add ad slots in future, they will only appear on certain editorial pages (hubs and guides), never on individual business listings, and they will only load if you have given consent.
