1. Acceptance of terms

By using StageList you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The service

StageList is a directory and marketing platform for UK performing arts professionals. We provide business listings, event listings, and related tools.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating a listing or account.

4. Listing content

  • You must have the right to publish any content you submit
  • Listings must be accurate and relate to a genuine performing arts business or service
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms or contain inappropriate content

5. Claiming a listing

When you claim a business listing, you confirm you are authorised to manage that business's online presence. We may verify claims before granting access.

6. Subscriptions and payments

  • Plus subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for spam, fraud, or illegal purposes
  • Scrape or bulk-download data from the directory
  • Impersonate another business or individual

8. Limitation of liability

StageList is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
